Our Story
Why Gabe Came Back to HVAC
Gabriel Alberto, "Gabe" to his customers, has spent years in heating and cooling, from single-family homes to large commercial jobs around Denver. After some time away from the trade running a remodeling business, he found he missed HVAC too much to stay away. So he started again with K&G Builders HVAC, working out of his own truck and building the business one customer at a time.
Today most of our work comes from referrals: a customer tells a neighbor, and the neighbor calls. That’s why we run every job the same way. We work around your schedule, explain what we find in plain language, and help people even when it’s inconvenient, like the winter night a mom with four young kids called because the heat was out and the family was warming the house with the stove. The “Builders” in our name comes from those remodeling years, and some longtime customers still call Gabe for more than HVAC.

Gabe is a skilled HVAC technician who specializes in installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing residential and commercial heating and cooling systems. He works on air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, mini-splits, and refrigerant systems, and handles electrical diagnostics. He's committed to quality workmanship and safety on every job.

HVAC Technician
